Earthbound Healing by Sharon Swales MCMA
I’m Sharon Swales MCMA, founder of Earthbound Healing. I’m a CMA Practitioner Member, Master Herbalist and holistic wellbeing practitioner, with a particular focus on supporting adults living with fibromyalgia.
My work is person-centred and complementary to medical care. I help people look at the wider picture including sleep, fatigue, energy, pacing, stress, lifestyle, relaxation and individual symptom patterns and create realistic wellbeing strategies that fit their everyday life. Where appropriate and within my professional scope, I can also offer herbal wellbeing support after considering medications, health conditions and contraindications.
My aim is not to diagnose or cure fibromyalgia, but to help people feel more supported, informed and confident in managing their wellbeing alongside the care they already receive.
Welcome to Earthbound Healing.
Welcome to Earthbound Healing with Sharon Swales MCMA
I am a qualified, registered and insured Master Herbalist and practitioner member of the Complementary Medical Association (MCMA), with certified training in Advanced Ayurvedic Medicine, Companion Animal Herbal Medicine, and completed certified study in Doctor of Natural Medicine.
My approach blends professional herbal practice with traditional wisdom, holistic wellbeing, and my lived path as a practising Green Witch — working respectfully with the healing power of plants, natural medicine, seasonal rhythms, energetics, and the connection between mind, body and spirit.
I believe healing should be personal, practical, compassionate, and tailored to the individual — never a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you are seeking support for general wellbeing, balance, restorative herbal care, lifestyle support, or personalised natural wellness protocols, every recommendation is created with care, professionalism, and respect for your unique needs.
As both a practitioner and lifelong student of natural medicine, I am committed to ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD), regularly updating my knowledge, training, and professional education to ensure my practice remains current, safe, informed, and rooted in best practice.
As a practising Green Witch, I also honour the traditional relationship between people, plants, and the natural world — blending grounded herbal knowledge with intuitive respect for nature’s medicine cabinet.
Earthbound Healing is where professional herbal medicine meets compassionate care, continuous learning, grounded wisdom, and a little green witch magic 🌿

Herbal Consultations
My herbal consultations are designed to support your body, mind, and overall wellbeing using natural, plant-based approaches tailored to you as an individual.
Each consultation is carried out online, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your own space. Together, we will explore your current health concerns, lifestyle, and goals, and I will provide personalised herbal recommendations to help bring balance and support your body naturally.
All consultations are by appointment only and can be booked easily using the booking system located at the bottom of this website.
Wellness Products
Beyond my herbal consultations, I offer a collection of handmade wellness creations, each one crafted with deep intention, energy, and care.
From personalised crystal bracelets and necklaces, attuned to your unique vibration, to spell work, spell bottles, and wish bottles designed to support manifestation, protection, and healing — every piece carries its own purpose and power.
You will also find amulets, earrings, and handmade soaps, all created as tools of both beauty and energetic support, blending traditional craft with intuitive practice.
Each item is carefully made as a small piece of working magick — something to hold, wear, or keep close as you move through your journey.
To explore the full collection and welcome a piece into your own space, you can visit my online shop via my MadeMe store link.
